David Tininenko retired from Bank One (formerly Valley National Bank of Arizona) in 2000 after serving in various capacities over a 35 year career. Positions held included Manager and Vice President of the U.S. Banking Division which was responsible for the management and operation of the Commercial Loan Department, Financial Institutions and Correspondent Banks, National Accounts, and Loan Participations. After that assignment, he became the Assistant Chief Credit Officer responsible for Bank Credit Policies and Procedures and Loan Administration. His final assignment was Vice President and Credit Administrator, International Division, responsible for the Border and Mexico related credits.
David graduated from Arizona State University with Honors in 1966 with a degree in Business Marketing/Management and earned professional certifications from the National School of Real Estate Finance at Ohio State, the Pacific Coast Banking School and the University of Washington. Public Service activities include committee membership in the Mesa United Way, Sister Cities Association of Mesa, and a member of Mesa Rotary.
Travel, 1950 autos, and Harley-Davidson rides take up some of his activity time, along with two grandsons under the age of three.
