Mike Licano is co-owner and Chief of Construction of Custom Homes by Via, an award-winning custom homebuilder based in Mesa, Arizona. Mike also serves as Assistant Chief Operating Manager for several subsidiaries: Via Homes, Insight Home Design, and LCS Construction Services. He and his wife Trudy formed their first company in 1987 and have been expanding ever since.
An attorney by training, Mike received an AA in Accounting from Mesa Community College (1980), a BS in Business Administration (1982) and his JD (1985), both from Arizona State University. He is also a licensed Real Estate Agent/Broker, a member of the MCT Board of Realtors, the State Bar of Arizona, the Maricopa County Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association.
Active in his community, Mike has served as Assistant Scout Master and volunteered for Change Point Outreach (a homeless lunch program/English as a second language). He trains in Tae Kwan Do and enjoys hiking, camping and fishing with his wife and two children.
